While commonly available leather straps contain only pressed bottom layers of leather (so-called "Genuine Leather"), only the highest quality and most durable parts of the top layer of leather are selected for "Top Grain" leather. These are then cut into precise pieces, dyed with natural colors in an environmentally friendly way, and sewn together with cotton thread.
